Experiential Learning Program: Is the Fee Worth It for HR Professionals?

This is an interesting program being conducted by The School of Leadership. I am sure it will benefit trainers and HR professionals. However, what do you think about the fee? Is it okay?

It all depends on how it is conducted and the content. I am sure the price can be negotiated. Usually, outbound is an expensive affair.

Hi, it has become a practice to give an impressive and suggestive name to lure prospective participants and charge hefty amounts as a participation fee. Instead, they must prune expenses, reduce pomp and show, and charge a reasonable fee to encourage more people to participate and benefit from such programs.
