Confused About CTC Expectations? Seeking Advice on What to Expect in a New Job Offer

Where I am currently working, I am getting 9500/- P.M (Consolidated) + bonus + EL + P.F + ESI.

I am confused about what I can expect in terms of CTC in another unit. Please give me some suggestions as I am not familiar with the CTC forum.

Dear Friends,

CTC means Cost to Company, which includes all components of the salary such as bonus, EL, and PF. The employer's share is also included in this, but ESI employer share cannot be included in CTC.

Please help me regarding the Shops and Establishment Act. Whose registers are applicable and what rules apply regarding standing orders? Also, can you provide information on Leave - EL/CL and all other leave benefits, including how many are available and how many times can the same be availed?
