Dear Friends,

After studying the full volume judgments of various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India influencing industrial relations in corporate India, I have developed a one-liner crux of judgments. I am sharing this with all of you in the hope that it will be beneficial in understanding the judicial view on industrial relations legislation in the country.

Your views are welcome.

Mr. Kaushik,

Thank you for your valuable work. This is actually a useful kit / warning bell to our industrial sector. We shall never leave any hope to see the same in the forthcoming years. Can I expect the same prior to 2005? If it's so, then I may be forwarded the list of "Labour Law Judgments" of the previous years in my personal e-mail Id. (given hereunder). Thank you once again.
