Please suggest which would be a better option: Diploma in Internal Auditing or Diploma in Capability Maturity Model (CMMi) for MBA HR?

I don't think it is recognized. Moreover, instead of doing a diploma course in CMMI, it's advisable to successfully attend and complete the certification through the training programs organized by institutes like ESCI, which are recognized and worthy enough as well.
