How Do You Track Employee Success and Challenges Weekly or Monthly? Seeking Advice!

Can anybody guide me on weekly/monthly work reports for employees? Is there a specific format or tool to measure their achievements/failures on a weekly/monthly basis?

If you want to maintain employees' work reports, you can easily do so in MS Access. Just collaborate with your EDP department. You can create a database and enter their daily work. By the end of the week or month, you will have a worksheet for each employee.

Most HR professionals start with worker welfare and end up with their farewell. Just be on the side of the worker and be diplomatic with the employer. Always remember that the profits earned by the employer and the salary you receive are all because of the workers. Keep the workers happy and motivated. You will succeed.
