WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role as a legal officer:
· Handle all Labour cases & other cases for the company.
· Drafting of all Legal documents of co.
· Off roll manpower management; this includes framing of contracts with legal perspective and verification of bills.
· Liaison with hotels and govt. offices.
· Rigid compliance with company philosophy, policies and procedures.
Role as an HR officer:
· Handling all HR, IR & Personnel & All compliance's activity of company.
· Recruitment of staff / worker through placement agencies, employee’s reference, direct walks in advertisement with security agencies.
