Hello Harpreet,

Thank you for the post. This is how everyone works in the corporate world. Although hard work has its good returns, most people believe in climbing the ladder without putting in the effort. This presentation is so true.

Dear Harpreet,

A very good PowerPoint presentation file. Believing in the strategy of leg pulling of the co-employee and taking opportunities at others' expense is not the way to practice life.

Really good.

Friend,

Yes, this is true and to get a solution for this negative impact, follow the principles of Chanakya Neeti. Wonderful points to be noted and followed for getting a positive impact, which I sometimes follow.

Hi Harpreet,

That was great!

Can you please send me a presentation on training managers so that they can execute their functions efficiently? As an HR professional, I need to give them presentations on topics such as "stress management," "time management," or any related presentations.

Hello All,

It's true that this is happening in the current scenario. However, if we really want to lead the corporate world, then it should be a team spirit. Leaving behind your colleagues is just to get appreciations, but the ultimate goal should be to share knowledge. We have to encourage team spirit rather than leaving colleagues behind.

That's what my thinking is; however, respect everyone's thinking.
