Seeking Personality Test Materials for New Hires: Can You Help Before This Weekend?

To conduct a personality test, one must be certified to ensure they learn how to interpret the results and make them beneficial for the participants. Below are some assessments that can be performed:

1. MBTI
2. FIRO B
3. 16 PF
4. PAPI
5. DISC

Certification is advantageous as some of these tests are based on our current personality traits, while others focus on the traits one aims to develop (Ideal Traits).

There is also another test called the Workplace Big Five which is designed specifically for the workplace. It is based on the Five Factor Model, which is widely accepted in the industry.

Buddy, ensure that you are qualified to administer it and buy the tests!

Coolthunderbird, be careful, some of the assessments suggested are Ipsative, which means the results should not be used to compare people; i.e., they should not be used for employee selection. If we assess for personality only, we may well hire a good personality fit but not necessarily a good job fit. There is much more to job success than personality.

I would like to request citehr to remove all the psychometric questionnaires available on the site, as people are using them without being qualified to do so.

Hello, friends.

It looks like people have taken psychometric tests for granted. It's not as easy as it appears to assess personality using a PT. One should be qualified and skilled to assess personality and match them with the job. Please take help from a psychologist for assessment; don't just do it yourselves. Professionals are trained at a minimum master's level.
