I have completed my Master's in Hospitality Administration with a specialization in HR Management in full-time mode. I have simultaneously completed a PGDBA with a specialization in HRM and a dual specialization in International Business through correspondence mode. I am currently working with an MNC as an Assistant Manager in HR and have 2 years of work experience. I wanted to know when would be the right time to pursue a Ph.D. in HR and what subject or stream in HR can be selected? Thank you.
