Seven Wonders
We have recently started our restaurant. When I was appointed, there was no hierarchy, and now I would like to maintain the same as per my boss's requirements. Please help me with this.

If you want to create a hierarchy, it is a very good idea. If you want to establish the administration hierarchy for all restaurant chains, it should be as follows:

1. Food & Beverage Manager
2. Supervisor & 2nd Supervisor
3. Waiters
4. Head Chef & Asst Head Chef
5. Head Cook & Asst Head Cook
6. South Indian Cook
7. All-Rounder Cook
8. Kitchen Helper
9. Utilities
10. Chinese Cook
11. Indian Cook
12. Tandoor Cook
13. Cashier
14. Food Delivery Boy

This is the suggested hierarchy which may be really helpful to you.

Thank you so much, Rupesh!!!

Can you tell me the hierarchy for the heads as well? I will be more than happy to know this.

Also, please help me out with the designation of the owner and his 25% partner for the restaurant.

Have a great time ahead.

Thanks again.
