How Do You Adjust On-Site Salaries for Frequent Travel to Norway and Sweden?

I want to review the on-site travel policy especially for Norway & Sweden countries. Please share with me if any of you have recently reviewed the travel policies. I want to adjust the on-site salary for Norway & Sweden since we have a lot of travels to these countries apart from the US.

I request you to drill down to the areas of change in the policy for onsite travel. Are you looking forward to reviewing the benefits offered or the per diem? I am sure the changes would primarily be in these two areas only. The accommodation and the business/economy class travel offered to an employee during travel may have undergone changes due to the recession. The options of including the cover for spouse travel have also been reviewed.
