Understanding the Difference Between MBE and MBA Degrees and Addressing Salary Compensation Queries

Is MBE equivalent to MBA?

Second Question: While revising the salary of some of our ETs (Executive Trainees) based on the ranking of the colleges, we missed one college, i.e., ICFAI, Hyderabad. Can we compensate in terms of salary without causing harm to others as well? Please suggest.

MBA and MBE are equivalent. Some universities provide MBE degrees like Jiwaji and Delhi University. MBE stands for Master in Business Economics. MAT conducts exams for both MBA and MBE.
