Can any one tell me about 'what is industrial mapping "? is it a recruitment technique ?
What all are the steps contained ?

You need to be more specific, as a search of the web using that term does not produce any concrete info.

Raising a proper question will lead to correct answers. Industry mapping is a way of knowing who the competitors are and where any gap exists, etc., based on Porter's Model. For example see

If you search the web you will get a lot of information/ I live in the UK and do not know what BSFI stands for, unless I make a search.
