Can anyone tell me about "what is industrial mapping"? Is it a recruitment technique? What steps does it involve?

You need to be more specific, as a search of the web using that term does not produce any concrete info.

Raising a proper question will lead to correct answers. Industry mapping is a way of knowing who the competitors are and where any gaps exist, etc., based on Porter's Model. I live in the UK and do not know what BSFI stands for unless I make a search.
