How to make a salary structure (in different heads) so that both the employee and employer can maximize their IT exemptions?

I have attached the CTC calculator. Just enter the amount which the company wants to pay to the employees, and it will automatically split into various heads like Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Medical, Special Allowance, etc. These are all to be considered at the time of employee tax liability. If you go through this sheet, at least you will get some idea.
