As it applies to any field , please make sure you have adequate knowledge about HR . Each time there is an escalation , handle it with keeping in mind that the Organization bigger than anyone in it . Make sure if you have made a commitment to close a process requested , you do it in time . Run you HR Processes efficiently with low escalation and high customer orientation. The employee is your internal customer . Keep a third party neutral view . In every situation identify the triggers , influencers and the followers. Last but not the least gain your credibility by adding knowledge and value to your environment .
