Head Hunting/Cold Calling

Well this is my first visit to the site, seems impressive hope it would'nt disappoint me ! :wink:
i am a fresher to head hunting. gotta head hunt for store managers in the US.
wanted to know answers to these questions.
1. are there any free job sites for employers to search US or Indian resumes.
2. any possible tips for head hunting or cold calling (script too would be fine)
