Request you to share a little more about your query. Are you redefining the Career objectives within your HR Team, which is you are looking for ' Career Objective for HR ' ? Or is it that, you are writing your resume and you require to put this in it?
In both the cases, please write down what you require? What you have to offer and which area would you look forward to develop yourself? Writing Career objectives need a brain storming as it lays down the plan of action for future. It needs to be completely focussed and zero down to your own offerings.
For an example, I am knowledge oriented. Hence my requirement is learning .My career Objective is to gain continuous learning, be a lifelong learner.
Incase I am action oriented and my offerings are timely project completion. In that case my career objective is to become an accomplished leader who would deliberate and deliver successful projects in my field of operation.
