Recruitment Benchmarking!

Hi everyone!
I am Lavanya K H doing my summer project in Recruitment Benchmarking,i,e benchmarking the recruitment process of my company with top IT and BPO companies and giving recommendations on best practices that could be followed in order to reduce the recruitment cost and time, and increasing the ROI on recruitment.
Kindly help me on these lines how should i go about doing this????????
