Hello Brajendra, there is one movie that will suffice your purpose: "Do Aakhein Barah Hath" by V. Shantaram. It's a very old black and white movie, but it is a gem in the crown and the very best example of Group Work Practice and Leadership. In modern movies, I feel "Swadesh" is also a good one.

Check out "Ek Ruka Hua Faisla." It's an adaptation of the English movie "12 Angry Men." It is a very good case study for a group discussion. It shows different kinds of people—aggressive, bullying, shy, logical—and how everyone tries to push their thoughts. One single person leads the entire thought process from the minority in the beginning to the majority towards the end.

There is one good film on leadership, i.e., "EK RUKA HUWA FAISLA." It is a very, very good film. I think this film was made in 1985. The story of the film is that one person was arrested on a charge of murder. The court was to deliver the judgment. The Honorable Judge asked the jury to give their opinion. I think 12-14 people of different professions sat in a closed room to arrive at the solution. Only one person was confident that the person arrested on the charge of murder was wrong. Others were convinced. How this person changed other persons' opinions on the arrested person is interesting to watch. The movie is 1 hour in length. If you get this movie, kindly see and realize for yourself how leadership is effective in making decisions. I just checked YouTube. This film is available on the site. Please see.

Indeed, a classic leadership, change management, and a variety of management styles. I would say this is a loaded movie with not just practical demonstrated management wisdom but also many humane aspects that need to be learned.

For leadership movies, I think "Lagaan" is the best example in recent times. However, I would like to mention the movie "Naya Daur" starring Dilip Kumar and Vyjayanthimala. If you watch that movie, you will find a lot of similarities with "Lagaan." Apart from that, "The Legend of Bhagat Singh" is also a good leadership movie. I think most of the Ajay Devgan movies in the last 5-6 years will teach you the essence of leadership in some way or the other.

All Hindi movies are good. In the end, the hero always wins! :)

The most important point is to be clear as to what attribute of leadership you are looking to emphasize. Once you have clarity, choose the film. Every movie story will display some attributes of leadership in their main characters.

Hi readers, the best move for leaders' quality is 'GURU', 'SWADES', and 'LAGAAN'.

Make sure to separate paragraphs with a single line break for better readability.

I think "Karma" is a good leadership movie in which Dilip Kumar plays a good role of leadership. Below are some good movies for leadership:

- Lakshya
- Border
- A-Team
- Nayak

I agree with you. All movies do have a certain message; much depends on how you interpret or help the trainees to interpret it. What is your objective? The choice of movie, section, and scene is subject to what you want to achieve.

The partition of the nation has been interpreted and used for the benefit of propagating personal ideologies of different sects, groups, and parties in various ways and with different intensities. The nuances of the objectives could be Change Management, Establishment of procedures/discipline, Setting up a new environment, Building/motivating a team, team disputes, and many more.
