Suggestions for Synergy and Team Building Games

Can anyone suggest games on 'Synergy' or Team Building? I remember a game involving a shipwreck and about 40 different items, out of which only a few can be taken. In such a situation, in what priority should the items be taken? First, an individual list is made, then the group is divided into small groups, and a second list is made. Then, the lists are compared with the ideal list.
