I need some help with setting the KPIs against the set KRAs for different positions within the company.

1. Marketing Head
2. Administration Head
3. HR Head
4. Accounts Head
5. Operations Head
6. Quality Head
7. R&D Head

For example, if one of the KRAs for the Operations Head is:

- Develop and implement Quality Management strategy and plans.
- Ensure both external and internal requirements are met up to customer expectations.

What would be the appropriate KPI (quantitative) for this position?
