Is ESIC Registration Necessary for Our IT Company with Few Low-Salary Employees?

Hi all, I'm working in an IT company in the Accounts/Finance department. We have around 400 employees, out of which only 4 to 5 employees have a salary below Rs 15,000 per month. We are not registered under the Employee State Insurance. Could someone please guide us on whether it is necessary for us to get registered under ESIC?

Including contract labor engaged with your organization, if the total employee strength is less than 20, no ESIC registration is required.
