I am working as an HR Manager, and we recently started outsourcing employees to clients. I want to know the actual procedure for outsourcing candidates. In what areas should we provide assurance to candidates? What facilities should we offer candidates, etc.? I want to understand all the credentials and documents we need to provide when outsourcing a candidate to a client. Can anybody help me with this?
