To undergo training in 16 PF, you should consult a qualified clinical psychologist who is authorized to administer these tests or an individual from an organization who has received training in this area. As far as I know, these tests can only be used by qualified and trained individuals.

Hi, I have done my MBA in HR and am working for a PSU. I have gone through the contents of this post and feel I can try this out with my family too. I have two teenage boys, and I would like them to answer this questionnaire to discover their behavioral patterns. I believe it would be better for them to discover themselves rather than receiving a verdict, particularly at this age.

I have personally attempted various psychometric tests as part of our training programs and found the results quite useful, with 95% accuracy. Can you please forward me the 16 PF questionnaire for my personal use?
