PF/ESIC DEDUCTION OF INCENTIVE

Hi,
If a technician getting a salary of 14000 and an incentive of 2000(vary of monthly performance), his incentive is applicable for PF ?

No. The incentive is not applicable for PF as it is calculated on Basic+DA. But ESI is applicable on incentive as it is calculated on gross salary.
