1. All the above are fine, in todays environ INTRANET is the solution however as good HR/IR admin we need to carry all Workers with us that is to say some Old Devoted Hands' may not be comfortable and at times Group D workmen are the most effected.
2. Thus it most important to carry our Team - a simple slip of paper like a "stic pad" which can be pasted by the Employee in his Handbook. The details of which should be put up at various notice boards all over the Eastablishment. This could be like a Gazettee of your company.

That is depend upon the type of establishment, Administrative Committee, Bylaws of establishment. Take some assist from Sr. HR Manager and look up search results on Internet......!!!
