HR In Attrition Control

I am currently working as HR in MNC and also pursuing my MBA .I am currently working on project "HR in attrition control".I need some help on same .I want to know how i can formulate it?What are the things i should take into consideration?Also some informative websites or articles on same.

Hi Shaid
There is no custom made templates available for attriton control what can you do is start taking exit interviews whenever employee come up with the offer letter , normally HR guys do exit interviews as a routine on last working day of the employee - you start doing the exit interviews on the same day when employye comes with the offer.
Compile all the exit interviews data in excel and see where is the issue .
On an average Employees have issues regarding
1. Learning ( New learning )
2. Pay
3. Work Envirnoment
4. Benefits
Compile the data and analyse then you ueself will get the answers.

Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.
