Understanding Leave Rules in Construction: What Are the Legal Requirements for CL, PL, and SL?

Hi,

I am working with a construction company. Please guide me about leave rules as per the act. Is it compulsory for the company to provide CL/PL/SL? If yes, what are the minimum leaves to be granted? Also, guide me on which act these things have been specified.

If an employee takes leave on Saturday and on Monday, Sunday will be considered as leave.
