Pl find Dr Phil's test enclosed herewith. It is being used in many corporates to asses existing and new employees. I think it maybe useful for you.

Dear Eka,
Gone through the test questions. Some of the reply options are missing (Question # 5, 8) with respect to the answer key page.
Some questions have a different levle of relevance in the Indian context. The allocation of points to responses need some re-qualification.
