How Can We Make Call Center Work More Fun? Looking for Relaxing Game Ideas

Uma_lax
Hi Friends,

I am working in an international call center as an HR Executive. We understand that the executives are working under pressure, so we plan to have some fun activities or games every month. Based on their performance, we are planning to give some points. Through these points, they can earn gifts. Can you please help me with some interesting games or activities that can help the executives feel relaxed?

If anyone has other ideas, kindly share them with me so that they can be useful.

Kindly suggest and assist me.

Regards, Uma

Hi,

I'm Nitin, working in the Human Resource department of an international MNC.

Well, you or your team can play any game on Fridays for half an hour. You can play dumb charades, tambola, cricket, football, etc., with your teams. We, as HR professionals, usually play like this to take a break from the daily routine of hectic work.

Implement this in your team and please let me know if it will work or not.

Bye and take care.

Thanks. 😄

Dear Uma,
Yes it's very true that call centre executives gets stress very easily due to night shifts, calling hours and targets.
Here are some activities that we execute at our centre
Every three to six month's - plan either picnics, movies or parties. Moreover don't forget celebrating some special days like friendship, rose, traditional days etc. Inform them to wear different dress codes/ colour on some festivals.
Make arrangements of celebrating together employee's birthdays at the month end by getting some cake, cold drinks and snacks.
Arrange for Annual day, arrange for some certificate for best performance, attendance, loyalty bonus etc.
All such activities will surely refresh their minds and motivate them.
Best Regards, Tina

Hi!

You can also check the option of conducting a once-a-week yoga class for half an hour.

Best of luck!
