My name is Parikshit Roy, working as an HR Executive in an IT company. I have been assigned a task of collecting information regarding the salary packages offered by various IT companies (e.g., Wipro, Infosys, Patni, etc.) for different positions such as:

1. Software Developer
2. Web Designer
3. Business Development Executive
4. HR
5. Team Leader/Project Leader.
