- Check the employee tenure for those who joined from consultancy and through employee referral.
- "If the tenure is less than the period mentioned in the contract between the company and consultancy, a replacement needs to be arranged."
- Time period taken to close an MRF once raised.
- "If the new employee is from an employee referral, check who referred them and ensure the report is sent to the payroll department."
- The number of employee joinings should match with the Time Office records for the same date.
- Verify the invoices raised by the consultancy.
- The invoice count and employee names should match with the joined employees.
- Verify the proper payments made to the consultancy.

- Letters issued to employees (Warnings, Terminations, etc.).

- ESIC Numbers & PF Numbers.

Payroll
- Pay register.

- Days paid should correspond to attendance records.
- Adjustments made according to issued letters.
- Mediclaim deductions.
