3. Chart or poster making competition
4. Face painting
5. T-shirt Painting

You can decorate office with tricolour ballons, can ask employees to wear (orange/white /green) colour dress.

Make children of employees to say something on the stage about Independence day. Also distribute prizes for children. Quiz all about Indepedance day, anthakshari patriotism songs etc.
