Seeking Advice: Should I Start My Own Call Center or Take a Franchise?

I have just read a similar query as mine and your reply too. I am currently working as a center in charge of an educational institution. I am very keen on starting off with a business of my own. I possess 7 years of experience working in the same institution. Education-wise, I hold a Diploma. I would like to know how to acquire the projects required to start off with a small domestic call center or would it be wise to take a franchise of an existing call center. Kindly guide me. I am Amit from Chandigarh, and I want to start my own call center business specifically related to telecom and online shopping companies. I already have experience running a call center with 40 seats, but it was for an outbound insurance sales process. I have no idea about inbound process requirements and how I can get the agency or franchise. Can anyone guide me through the process?
