In my campus interviews conducted i have been selected for 2 companies as for BPO.So please guide me which company will give me more growth a better future and a better salary.

Can you tell us what role they have selected for? If you don't have details, why don't you enquire and let us know accordingly.
Then perhaps we can advise you.
On a personal note, I would advise you to go to the place where there are opportunities to learn more.
