Seeking AP Govt Judgment on BOCW Construction Costs – Can You Help?

Please find enclosed the important judgment on BOCW in two files. If anyone has a judgment copy of the AP Govt on Components Cost of Construction in BOCW, then please forward a copy to me at my email id mentioned below.

I would like to obtain soft copies of the Factories Act 1948, TN Factories Rules 1950, Building and Other Construction Workers Act 1996, Air Act, Water Act, and Batteries Rules 2000. Could anybody help me in obtaining the full versions of these acts and rules?

I would like to know how the cess amount is to be calculated. What components need to be taken into consideration while calculating cess? Is it only on the labor part, or should materials/equipment also be added?
