New Designations For Marketing People

I work for a SSI - manufacturing plastic containers. I have to create new and iunique designations for my marketing team. please suggest some ideas.

executive ->Sr executive->Jr Manager->manager->Area manager->
Regional manager->zonal manager.

I want to add some information about the new Marketing Designations. International Institute of Marketing Professionals (IIMP) has launched the following two new Marketing Designations. The designations are called Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP) and Certified Marketing Associate Manager (CMAM).
