Is My Area Notified for ESIC? Seeking Advice on Alternatives for Contract Services

My company is a PSU situated in Gandhar, District Bharuch (Guj). Before hiring any contract service, we have to include the mandatory clauses of EPF and ESIC in the Bidders' Eligibility Criteria (BEC). I'm not sure whether my area is notified for ESIC. Please reply if anybody knows, and also let me know if we can ask for a W C policy instead of ESIC.
