Hi Sapna,

Every psychometric test is constructed based on certain assumptions and logic. Therefore, before administering the test, the construct of the test needs to be validated, and the results need to be cross-checked across a cross-section of respondents. Only after this process is completed, the tool can be certified or accredited for usage.

This is why I inquired about the proven nature of the tool. We should not blindly start implementing tools that we come across.

Hi Dev,

In that case, this personality test is definitely proven. And it has not just been put up. :)

Dear Sapana,
Personality assessment is different for other assessments like appetite test etc. I don't exactly know which test have you given as there is no score per say in personality assessment. Such tests are basically psychometric test which assesses an individual's competencies and personality traits which is very difficulty to be measured by score. Although there has been benchmarking done by some big-time organization like SHL etc.
If you want to know more about the same you can mail me across at [Login to view]. I would try to give answer for your quires with my experiences of psychometric testing of 4 years.

My score is 40. It's a good one. How did you prepare for this test? Are you from a psychology background? I have completed my M.Phil in psychology. All the best, take care, and keep smiling :)

Hello,

I am looking to pursue a Ph.D. in Management. I have completed my B.E. and M.E. in Electronics and now wish to focus on a Ph.D. in Management (HR/Social Development/Administration). Can anyone guide me on how I can directly apply to foreign universities for management programs? I am also scheduled to take the GMAT exam in the month of June.

Thank you.

Nice one! My score is 41 

If you find that the majority of people score above 40, doesn't it show that many people share the same nature? Keep sharing such good tests.
