What Statutory Requirements Should a Pvt. Ltd. Company Follow Under the Shops and Establishments Act?

Please let me know what statutory requirements a private limited company should maintain or apply for. The company is registered under the Shops and Establishments Act. I know some of them are ESI, EPF, Gratuity. I want to know more, if any.
