Kindly help me in the process of Shops and Establishment Act registration details. I want to know what forms we need to fill and submit, the registration fees, the last date for renewal, and if the LWF (Labor Welfare Fund) is applicable, how much we need to pay. Also, I need information on PT (Professional Tax) registration for Madhya Pradesh. What forms are required for registration/enrollment, how much fees need to be paid for registration, and the PT slab rates.

Can anyone tell me what is the legal existence of a proprietorship concern? Whether it can take property in its own name? Can a proprietorship firm engage in the business of buying and selling property, holding it as stock in trade in its own name? In case of a dispute, will the case be filed against the concern or the proprietor?

The maximum Privilege Leave that can be blocked for availing is a number of days. What is the process for encashment, like full CTC or basic salary?

Can anyone tell me if earned leave can be less than 30 days as a percentage of the employee's present days, or if it must be 30 days regardless of the number of present days?

I know it has been a long time. However, the form for registration of establishments under the MP Shop and Establishment Act of 1958 is not available anywhere. I obtained a form from the local labor department, but it was in Hindi. I have translated the form into English. Please find it enclosed.
