Am I Eligible for UGC NET/SLET Exams with My Commerce and HR Background?

I am basically a commerce graduate (full-time) and then did my PGDBA in HR with Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. Kindly let me know if I am eligible to appear for the UGC NET/SLET exams.
