Seeking Help: How to Create a Scholarship Policy for Employees Pursuing an MBA?

We are in the process of rolling out a Scholarship Program for our exceptional employees to support them for an MBA in a US university. I need to create a policy framework around this and would need your help in this regard. If anyone has any policy, practice, or process pertaining to this, please share the same with me on priority. Please feel free to share your ideas on how this can be implemented in an IT organization.

Hi Everybody,

I am in the process of drafting policies for my organization, which is a new setup in India. I am working on the Higher Education Policy for the employees and want to come up with the best-suited policy for the employees as well as for the business. Can anybody let me know what all points should be considered while drafting this program or policy? Senior, kindly help by assisting us in the above-mentioned matter.
