Exploring Effective Training Ideas for Claims Teams in the Service Industry: What Works Best?

Hi All,

I was recently appointed as a trainer at Gen. Ins. Co in the claims team, which consists of 130 employees. I am currently conducting training on product and process, as well as designing training programs such as creating backups for the team using the same resources and providing guidelines on mailing etiquettes to existing employees.

I am interested in exploring what other types of training can be conducted in this industry to fully utilize resources and ensure that employees benefit from it. I would appreciate any suggestions on this matter.

Thank you very much for your responses on this topic. But sorry to say we won't be outsourcing any of the training. The suggestion requirement is - what development I can do in this organization or what type of training we can do without outsourcing. We are already conducting trainings to improve managerial and other skills with the help of training institutes. However, currently, we are looking for in-house training. Please share your views on what else we can do in the organization.
