Can I Do Phd While Working - Pdf Download

HI,
I am an employee of an company, selling online advertising space for an major reputed website in India. I have an ambition of doing PHD. But I am unable to figure out a way how to do it. I have done MBA in Marketing.
Can I do PHD while working. Is there any correspondence course available in India.
Please give me your ideas and suggestions.

For PhD, you need to have an attendance of 85% for all major universities with weekend classes or daily classes option. See an example here.
