Need Help On Topic - Positive Attitude And Self Esteem

Dear All,
I would be grateful if anyone of you could share any ppt/material/exercise/games on the topic "Positive Attitude and Self Esteem". I have a 2-hour session on this for lower to middle management employees. Can anybody suggest an effective outline of the session? I am confused as to what to include and what not to as the topic is very large.

I am quite amazed at the thought of addressing a serious subject such as 'positive attitude and self esteem' in a span of two hours!! I am definitely not underestimating the competence of the deliverer, but am seriously engulfed with the thought, as to how genuine would be the learning that would seep into the participants. With my consultancy assignments and facilitation work in 'Change', I have all my apprehensions if it would go any far than a notional compliance!
