Hi, we have arranged an induction program and will introduce the employee of the month as well as those who are performing well. I am going to give increments, so we are conducting this activity for employee motivation. I am an HR executive, so could you please help me out with what my speech should be for this. I will be hosting this function, and there will be a 5 to 7-minute speech from me for the HR activity. Please guide me on how I can start that.
