Need Help Writing a Formal Email to Confirm Meeting Request – Any Tips?

xnitrus
I need someone to help me write an email confirming the receipt of a meeting request. Here's the email I've received:

Subject: Technical Meeting 'X Project'

Dear X,

I hope all is well. As agreed, kindly confirm the receipt of the meeting request.

Your contact person: X (Project Manager) and X (Infrastructure Consultant)

Good luck,

They told me the date and time on the phone. I need a short formal reply. I'm not used to writing formal emails, so any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Dear xnitrus, If you can write this post, I am confident that you can surely respond appropriately to the meeting request. Just hit the "REPLY" button on the email and type:

"Dear Sir (or Ma'am); This is to confirm the receipt of the meeting request; the date and time for which has been communicated to me on the phone."

If you are sure to attend the meeting, you can also add the following:

"I also confirm that I shall attend the meeting." or "I also confirm my availability for the meeting."

Warm regards.

Well, thank you very much first of all. It's just that English is not my first language, so I wasn't quite confident to reply on my own. I'm still a fresh grad, but I'll get used to it.

Thanks again.
