I need the format for the calculation as well as the letter to be given for the employee. I would also like to know is there any clause for specific period to make the final settlement for resigned employee.

Rahul,
Pl. help me to understand the calculation;
1. You have calculated basic/31*5, is 5 means no. of leave to be encashed or something else ( actually we should devide by 30 days for all calcilation not 31 days)
2. same for HRA
3. For leave encashment you have used formula as basic/31*2.5, pl. make me undersatnd this.
