Hi, the attachment found was not about the principle of Mahabharata. The principles of management were obtained from the book "Raghuvamsa," which we find in Ramayana. This was stated by Henry Fayol and F.W. Taylor themselves. So, try to read Raghuvamsam.

In short, there are four famous principles of management abbreviated as POLC, which means:
- P = Planning
- O = Organizing
- L = Leading
- C = Controlling
