I do not agree with "Teamwork Building." I rather agree with Trust and Relationship Building. Teamwork will automatically come when there is trust and love among the employees.

You may want to first look at which aspects of team building are intended to be delivered. Accordingly, you can look at a variety of movies from which you could take clips. As suggested by some other members, you may find ready clips on YouTube as well.
